Two Choices when Operating the Lotus Wet Mop

With Lotus Water

  1. Remove the vessel from the main body of the mop by pressing the blue button and lifting up and out.
  2. Fill the vessel with cold tap water and place on to the base of lotus Sanitizing System.
  3. Press attachment selector button to select the correct processing symbol on your display that matches the one found on your Wetmop vessel (wavy lines).
  4. Press the start/cancel/reset button to initiate the process and cause the water to circulate through lotus and be activated by patented Oxyshield technology.
  5. The cycle is complete when you here an audible beep and see 100% on the display. The water remains active for 15 minutes.
  6. Your Wetmop vessel now contains Oxyshield enriched water and is ready to use with your Wetmop.
  7. Remove the vessel from the Lotus Sanitizing System.
  8. Insert the vessel back into the Wetmop and ensure it is snapped into place.
  9. Press the button on the handle to spray lotus water on your floors.
  10. Repeat steps 1-6 when the 15 minutes is up if you are not finished cleaning.
  11. When complete drain excess water from the vessel for storage.
  12. Remove the cloth and wash it in your regular wash cycle and you may re-use the Microfiber cloths up to 300 times.

With other cleaning chemicals

  1. Remove the vessel from the main body of the mop by pressing the blue button and lifting up and out.
  2. Fill the vessel with your favorite floor cleaner
  3. Insert the vessel back into the Wetmop and snap it into place.
  4. Press the button on the handle to spray the floor cleaner.
  5. When complete drain the excess floor cleaner from the vessel
  6. Rinse the vessel thoroughly to ensure all floor cleaner is removed from the vessel.
  7. Remove the cloth and wash it in your regular wash cycle and you may reuse the Microfiber cloths up to 300 times.

  1. Why should I use the Lotus Wet Mop?
    The mop is easy to assemble and use. No chemicals or chemical residue on the surfaces you clean. Washable cloths save you money and protect the environment as you do not have to throw them away.

  2. What type of cleaners or water can be used in the cleaning vessel?
    You can use the super oxygenated water from the Sanitizing System In the cleaning vessel. If you choose, you may use the floor cleaner of your choice, however please ensure the vessel is cleaned thoroughly after use.

  3. What is different about the lotus Wet Mop compared to a competitive product?
    • No disposable replacement cloths, save you money and help the environment
    • The microfiber cloths can be washed up 300 times in your regular wash.
    • Protect your household and family from chemical odors and residue when you use with super oxygenated water from the Sanitizing System.

  4. I installed the cleaning vessel and put the mop together and nothing is happening?
    1. Ensure the handle and tubes are assembled properly.
    2. Ensure all tubes are snapped together, by pressing the mop down while the mop is lat on the floor
    3. Ensure the batteries are installed as instructed on the battery holder.
    4. Ensure battery compartment is snapped into place.
    5. Ensure the cleaning vessel was securely snapped into place.

  5. The mop will not work, and I installed the batteries and put it together properly. What do I do?
    1. Remove the Battery cover and check the batteries, ensuring they are securely in the battery pack. Also ensure they are installed correctly as per the diagram on the cover.
    2. Check all the handles and tubes to ensure they are tightly fit together.

Assembly Problem Questions

  1. How did you put together the handle?
    The blue should always be underneath, you should only seen green when holding the mop.

  2. Did the snap tab on the lower wand click in to the handle notch (blue side would be underneath) and did you hear it snap into place?

  3. Did you hear a snap when you snapped the handle into main body of mop.

  4. Can you see white in the small whole on blue area on top of main body?

  5. Was cleaning vessel pushed in securely?

  6. The handle button is being pushed?

  7. Was the mop head pushed firmly into main body of the mop and you heard it click into place?

  8. Do you have AA batteries installed correctly?
    Make sure the batteries are AA.

  9. Are all battery contacts making contact with batteries and are not damaged in some way?

  10. Ensure battery compartment is snapped into place. Ensure the batteries are not into tight, and if so you have to simply push them back into place and it will work.

Assembly

  1. Upper Wand inserts into Lower wand. It will only insert one direction.
  2. This wand snaps into the Main Body and it will only insert one direction. Press firmly until it is completely snapped into place
  3. Insert the Mop Head into the main body and press firmly to snap into place.
  4. Using the Microfibre Mop Cloth, place over the mop head before use.
  5. Remove the vessel by pressing the blue button on the main body and pull it out.
  6. Remove the Battery Cover. Insert 4 ‘AA’ batteries into the cover following the diagrams. Insert the battery cover onto the body of the main body.

Use and care of the LWM100

Use the Lotus Wetmop only for its intended use as described in the use and care guide.

To fill the vessel, only use visually clear cold water, and only fill to the max line.
Use only cold water in the vessel.

To clean the cleaning vessel:

  1. Pour 1 quart of white vinegar into the vessel.
  2. While holding the vessel over your kitchen sink, swish the vinegar around in your vessel for 30 seconds.
  3. Invert the vessel and allow the vinegar to drain out
  4. Rinse the vessel thoroughly with water and invert to drain the water.
  5. Fill the vessel to the max fill line, place on the base and run one cycle to cleanse the vessel.

Tips for Use
Always sweep or vacuum before using the mop.

Different floor cleaners can be placed in the vessel but if you are going to change over to lotus Water make sure the vessel has been thoroughly cleaned.

A 3-4 second spray will clean about one square meter or 10 sq ft of floor.
