Because moisture in the air supply can interfere with ozone generation, these systems typically require a desiccant filter to dry the incoming air. The tersano iClean FLO₃ uses electrolytic technology to generate ozone directly from water using a fine diamond cell. Because it doesn't rely on an air or oxygen supply, it doesn't require a desiccant filter.
